So it finally happened. In 1942, women do not have access to birth control and abortion is illegal so yeah, they’re caught. They could have taken precautions but they’re crazy kids in love. They know what’s happening and because of the war, Audrey will need to deal with most of the pregnancy on her own. She has a lot of support but not from the military. Recall Leonard’s very bad experience with military dentists. It’s all they can do to handle the injuries of war.
So it’s not if you’ll have a baby but when (unless there’s a fertility issue).
The good news is they don’t expect to get shipped out anytime soon. The bad news is Warren Brown who may never walk again because of an accident in the Fore River shipyard. Audrey does work for P&W but mostly administration so not as much danger for her.
